Everyone who buys a house or owns a Property expect to control access to the property and exclude or accept public use, which will be done solely at his discretion. 5. The right of disposition : Being the legal owner of his house with good title to the land, he can dispose of his land either by gift, by sale or leaving it to be inherited by his children or family members.
