All Site Content, including but not limited to text, images, logos and software, is the property of CHAMAN PROPERTIES or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks of commerce and other intellectual property laws. Such linked sites are not under the control of CHAMAN PROPERTIES, and CHAMAN PROPERTIES is not responsible for the content of any linked site. 8. Applicable law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
9. Changes to the Terms
CHAMAN PROPERTIES may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on the Site. You agree to be bound by such revisions and should therefore periodically review the Terms.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CHAMAN PROPERTIES.
